The first thing you must do is locate your homeowner’s policy. Please note your homeowner’s policy insurance number, as well as your deductible. There are two ways you can contact your insurance company, either by phone or the internet. If you choose to use the internet, click on your insurance companies name below to be redirected to their website.
Once your claim has been filed, an insurance adjuster will contact you to make an appointment to come an assess the damage to your home. As soon as you receive this call, please contact our office immediately so we can send one of our inspectors out to meet the adjuster. It is very important that we all remain on the same page as far as: damage to your home, scope of work, and how much it is going to cost to fix the damage.
When the work on your home has been completed, our Quality Control Supervisor will come out and inspect the work that has been done, to ensure it has been installed to ALL-TIMATE Roofing Standard. As soon as the Quality Control Supervisor submits his report, your Sales Representative will come out to your house to receive final signatures and approval for work completed. After your signature has been received on the Completion Form, we will send that information to your insurance company for release of the depreciation. We recommend you contact your insurance company 2-3 days after you have signed the completion form to ensure your final check is in the mail.
